This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which payments made to Cervidio Media Labs may be cancelled or refunded.
Nature of Services
Cervidio Media Labs provides creative, digital marketing, and technical services.
These services involve professional time, expertise, and resource allocation. Therefore, refunds are limited once work has commenced.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request project cancellation before the commencement of work.
If cancellation occurs before work begins, Cervidio Media Labs may issue a refund after deducting any administrative or consultation costs already incurred.
Cancellation After Work Has Started
Once work on a project has begun, payments are generally non-refundable, as resources and professional time have already been invested.
Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Cervidio Media Labs.
Recurring Services
For services that operate on a recurring basis, such as:

advertising management
Clients may cancel future billing cycles by notifying Cervidio Media Labs before the next billing date.
Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Payments for Cervidio Media Labs services may be made through:

Bank Transfer

UPI

Cash

Razorpay UPI Mandate (for recurring website services)
Refunds, if approved, will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment method used.
